Vehicle Diagnostics

Structured testing for warning lights, starting problems, electrical faults and driveability concerns.

A warning light or symptom is only the starting point. We combine computer scanning with system testing and visual inspection to narrow down the likely cause before recommending repair work.

Questions customers ask

Helpful answers before you call.

Is a computer scan the same as a diagnosis?

No. A scan provides fault codes and system information. Diagnosis may also require visual checks, measurements and circuit or mechanical testing to identify the likely cause.

Can you diagnose a no-start or battery-drain problem?

Yes. We can test no-start, charging and battery-drain concerns. Some intermittent faults may require staged testing or additional time.
